Alyo Co., Ltd. would like to inform you about delays in delivery of replacement products for the "Master's Flower" product that was voluntarily recalled.


We are currently having the product manufactured by a new manufacturing company, but due to the recent effects of COVID-19, delivery times at sewing factories have been affected, and we have been informed that the earliest delivery date currently planned has been postponed to early February 2022.


We sincerely apologize to customers who wish to exchange their items for a long time for their request.


As this will take longer than originally planned, we will contact affected customers by email to confirm again about exchanges and refunds.
