・SALE items are not eligible for exchange service.
・Delivery will take longer than usual. (We do not offer deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.) We will send items in order of arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
・We have seen an increase in mistakes in shipping addresses due to the use of Applepay and Shoppay. Please be sure to check your registration as it may take time to respond and the delivery order may change.
Please note that if delivery is not possible due to an unknown or incomplete address, the item will be returned (deducting shipping costs).
