A low pressure system is passing along the southern coast of Honshu, bringing heavy snowfall to the Kanto-Koshin and southern Tohoku regions, causing major disruptions to road conditions and other transportation services.
From 3pm today, we will be responding as follows:
◆Target areas (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Ibaraki, Gunma, Tochigi, and Yamanashi prefectures)
We will no longer accept luggage.
・Luggage that has already been received will be temporarily stored at the collection office.
Delivery will be made in due course taking into consideration road conditions and the status of each means of transport.
*For parcels sent from across the country to the above target areas, we will also handle them as follows.
