■ About Orders


To confirm your order details, upon completion of your order, we send an order confirmation email from "pinupcloset@alyo.co.jp" with the subject line "[Pinup Closet] Order Confirmation".
Please keep your order confirmation email safe until your product is delivered.

※ When using "Apple Pay", "Google Pay", "Paidy Postpaid", "PayPay", or "Rakuten Pay", there may be cases where you can purchase even if the stock is 0.
The reason for this is that it is separate from the existing payment system, and it has been found that purchases can be made even when out of stock depending on the timing of adding to the cart and checking out.
Please note that we may contact customers who were able to purchase out-of-stock items individually.

※ If the order total falls below 15,000 yen due to a cancelled item, shipping fees will be incurred.

【How to Use Points】

【Point Granting】
1 point will be awarded for every 100 yen spent.
Points are awarded at the following times:
・Points are granted only if the payment is completed at the time of product shipment.
・If payment is completed after shipment, points will be granted and a retention period will be applied starting from the payment completion date.


【Discount Amount】

A discount of ¥1 is applied for every 1 point used.


【Expiration Date】

Points expire 12 months after they are acquired.
Please note that all previously awarded points will expire after this period.

Pinup Corset offers membership grades based on your purchase amount, with special benefits for each grade.

After confirming your payment, we will usually ship within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, counting from the next business day).

【About Delivery to a Parcel Locker】

When entering your delivery address during your order, please indicate your request in parentheses after your address or name.
Alternatively, you can write it in the remarks field within 16 characters, and it will be printed on the shipping label.

【About Expiration of Long-Term Storage】

If you are not at home during delivery, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery notice.
If you contact the number listed on the notice, redelivery will be arranged.
Sagawa Express will hold your package for 8 days, including the day the initial missed delivery notice was delivered.
If you do not receive your package within the storage period, your order will be cancelled. Please note that a shipping fee of 880 yen will be deducted as a shipping cost. (The shipping fee will be deducted even for orders over 15,000 yen).

* Please note that if the name registered does not match the name on the doorbell, a missed delivery notice may not be left.
* The same applies in case of an incorrect address, so please ensure your registration is accurate.

【About Refusing to Accept Delivery】
We cannot accept refusal of delivery for ordered products.
Please refer to the terms and conditions of the delivery company.
If we do not receive contact from the customer for more than one week after shipment and the product is not received, the order will be canceled and the product will be returned to us.
If delivery is refused, please note that a shipping fee of 880 yen will be deducted as a shipping cost.
Furthermore, if deemed malicious, we may charge separate fees for round-trip shipping and product arrangement costs. Thank you for your understanding.

 ■ About Returns and Exchanges


【About Order Changes and Cancellations】

Once an order is complete, changes or cancellations to the product cannot be made, so please be sure to
confirm your order details before completing your order.

【About Exchanges】

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., product differs from image, does not meet expectations, etc.).
※ For size exchanges, please refer to [About Size Exchange Policy].


In cases of returns or exchanges due to our error (incorrect shipment: limited to unopened items; defective products: limited to unused items with tags attached; tried-on items are not eligible), after you contact us with a clear image and details of the relevant part within one week of product arrival (delivery completion date by our shipping carrier), and after our confirmation, we will exchange the item if it is in stock.


Damage discovered after trying on an item is not considered an initial defect.
We ask that you always check the item before wearing it.
If an item has been tried on, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for initial defects.
Furthermore, for items marked as [OUTLET SALE], we cannot provide any support as stated on the product page.

 

【CINEMATIQ Product Size Exchange Policy】
※ EnchantedCorset products are not eligible.
We accept exchanges for a different size of the same item.
If the item is sold out or there are no available sizes for exchange, it will be a return (refund in points ). We strive daily to offer better products, so we hope you will look forward to your next favorite item.


1. Please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival.
2. We typically respond within 5 business days.
3. If you do not receive a response, please resend your email.
4. We will confirm the conditions. (If the item is out of stock, we will guide you on refund in points .)
5. If there are no issues in step 4, we will provide the return address.
6. After the return, we will check the product condition based on the conditions, and if there are no issues, we will arrange for the shipment of the exchanged item.

※ Points will be refunded to the address used for the purchase. Customers who have not registered an account must register an account with the purchase address.

Exchanges are limited to one time only, and we cannot accept returns for reasons such as the received item being different from what was expected or the size being incorrect after the exchange. Please be aware of this in advance.

【About Returns】
Returns due to customer convenience are not accepted.
In cases of returns due to our error (incorrect shipment, defective product), returns will only be accepted for unused items within one week of receipt, and only after prior contact, sending the product to us, and our confirmation. The exchange will then be processed.
When contacting us, please attach images and details that allow us to confirm the condition.
