To confirm your order details, upon completion of your order, we send an order confirmation email from
"pinupcloset@alyo.co.jp" with the subject "[Pinup Closet] Order Confirmation".
Please keep this order confirmation email carefully until your product is delivered.

※If you use "Apple Pay", "Google Pay", "Paidy Postpaid", "PayPay", or "Rakuten Pay", there may be cases where you can purchase even if the stock is 0.
The reason for this is that these payment systems are separate from our existing payment system, and we have found that items can be purchased when out of stock depending on the timing of adding to cart and checkout.

[About Point Granting]
1 point will be awarded for every 100 yen spent.
Points will be granted at the following times:
・Points will only be granted if the payment has been completed at the time of product shipment.
・If payment is completed after shipment, points will be granted and a retention period will apply starting from the payment completion date.


[About Discount Amount]

A discount of ¥1 will be applied for every 1 point used.


[About Expiration Date]

Points expire 12 months after they are acquired.

[About Expired Long-Term Storage]

If you are not at home during delivery, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery notice.
Please contact the number on the notice to arrange redelivery.
Sagawa Express will hold your package for 8 days, including the delivery date of the first missed delivery notice.
If you do not pick up your package after the storage period, your order will be canceled. Please note that a shipping fee of 880 yen will be deducted as a shipping cost. (Shipping fees will also be deducted for orders over 15,000 yen).

*Please note that if the name you registered does not match the name on your mailbox, a missed delivery notice may not be left.
*The same applies to incorrect addresses, so please register carefully.

[About Refused Delivery]
We cannot accept refused deliveries for ordered products.
Please refer to the delivery company's terms and conditions as a general rule.
If we do not receive contact from the customer for more than one week after shipment and the product is not received, we will cancel the order and retrieve the product.
Please note that if delivery is refused, a shipping fee of 880 yen will be deducted as a shipping cost.

In cases deemed malicious, we may charge additional fees for round-trip shipping and product arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

[About Order Changes and Cancellations]

Once an order is completed, product changes and cancellations cannot be made, so please be sure to
confirm your order details before completing your order.

[About Exchanges]

We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience (e.g., "different from image," "different from expectations," or other reasons).
※For size exchanges, please refer to [About Size Exchange Support].


If a return or exchange is necessary due to our fault (incorrect shipment: limited to unopened items; defective product: limited to unused items with tags attached; tried-on items are not eligible), please contact us within one week of product arrival (delivery completion date by our shipping company) with a clear image of the relevant part and details. After our confirmation, we will exchange the item if it is in stock.


Damage discovered after trying on the item is not covered by initial defects.
We ask that you always check the item before wearing it.
If the item has been tried on, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for initial defects.
Furthermore, for items in the [OUTLET SALE], we cannot provide any support as stated on the product page.

 

[About CINEMATIQ Product Size Exchange Support]

We accept exchanges for a different size of the same item.
If the item is sold out or there is no available size for exchange, it will be treated as a return (refund in points ). We strive daily to offer better products, so we hope you will look forward to your next favorite item.


1. Please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival.
2. Replies are usually within 5 business days.
3. If you do not receive a reply, please resend your email.
4. We will confirm the conditions. (In case of out of stock, we will guide you to refund in points .)
5. If there are no issues in step 4, we will provide you with the return address.
6. After returning the item, we will check the condition of the product based on the conditions, and if there are no issues, we will arrange for the shipment of the exchanged item.
