■About ordering


Regarding confirmation of your order, when you complete your order,
We will send you an order confirmation email from "pinupcloset@alyo.co.jp" with the subject "[Pinup Closet] Order Confirmation."
Please keep the order confirmation email in a safe place until your order is delivered.

*If you use "Apple Pay," "Google Pay," "Paypal," "Rakuten Pay," or "PayDeferred Payment," you may be able to purchase an item even if it is listed as out of stock. This is because the payment system is separate from our existing payment system, and it is possible to purchase an item even if it is out of stock depending on the timing of adding it to your cart or checking out.

[How to use points]

[About point allocation]
You will receive 1 point for every 100 yen.
The timing of granting is as follows:
・Points will only be awarded if payment has been made at the time of product shipment.
・If payment is completed after shipping, points will be awarded and the hold period will be applied starting from the date and time payment was completed.


[Discount amount]

A discount of ¥1 will be applied for every 1 point used.


[About expiration dates]

Once points are earned, they will expire in 12 months.

Pinup Corset offers membership grades based on purchase amount, with each grade offering special benefits.

■About delivery and shipping fees


[Delivery Information]

After we confirm your payment, we will usually ship your order within 2-3 business days (counting from the next business day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

[About delivery to delivery boxes]

[Regarding expiration of long-term storage period]

If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery notice.
If you contact the contact information listed on the delivery notice, we will redeliver the package.
Yamato Transport will keep your luggage for 7 days, including the day the first notice of absence is delivered.
If you do not receive your order after the storage period has expired, your order will be canceled. Please note that we will deduct 880 yen from your order to cover shipping costs. (Shipping costs will also be deducted from orders over 15,000 yen.)

[Regarding refusal to accept delivery]
We cannot accept refusals to accept ordered items.
Please refer to the terms and conditions of the shipping company.
 If you have not received any contact from us within one week of shipping and have not received the product,

Please note that if you refuse to accept the item, we will deduct 880 yen as shipping fee from the date of shipment.

■About returns and exchanges


[About changing or canceling your order]
Once your order is complete, we cannot change or cancel the product.
Please check your order before completing it.


[About exchanges]
We cannot accept exchanges, returns or refunds for any reason other than your convenience (product is different from what you imagined or expected, etc.).

If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a defect on our part (incorrect shipments: only unopened items; defective items: only unused items with tags attached; items that have been tried on are not eligible),

After our confirmation, we will exchange any items that are in stock.


Damage noticed after trying on the product is not considered an initial defect.

[About CINEMATIQ product size exchanges]

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size.
If the item is sold out or there are no exchangeable sizes available, it will be returned (refund in points <item price only>) . We strive to offer the best products every day, so we hope you look forward to finding your next favorite item.

<How to exchange sizes>
1. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. We will usually respond within 5 business days.
3. If you do not receive a reply, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please resend it.
4. We will confirm the conditions. (If the item is out of stock, we will refund the product price only in points .)
5. If there are no problems with item 4, we will inform you of the return address.
