■About ordering


Regarding confirmation of your order, when you complete your order,
We will send you an order confirmation email from "pinupcloset@alyo.co.jp" with the subject "[Pinup Closet] Order Confirmation."
Please keep the order confirmation email until your product is delivered.

*If you use "Amazon Pay", "Pay Later" or "Smartpay (currently unavailable)", you may be able to purchase even if the stock is 0. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery notice.

<How to exchange sizes>
1. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.

5. If there are no problems with step 4, we will inform you of the return address.
