■Shipping and Delivery

【About Delivery】
After confirming payment, we will usually ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, counting from the next business day).
During sales periods, it may take longer. Thank you for your understanding.
*For made-to-order and pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is listed on the product page.
Cancellations are not accepted as these items are produced or ordered after your order is placed. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note that the shipping order may change depending on the size and color. Thank you for your understanding.

【About Shipping Fees】
Shipping fee (nationwide flat rate of 880 yen)
Free shipping for purchases of 15,000 yen (tax included) or more
*Residents of Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands are not eligible for free shipping.
*If your total drops below 15,000 yen due to the use of points or coupons, a shipping fee will be incurred.


【About Combined Items】

Items purchased simultaneously in one order will be shipped together.
Please note that even if your order includes made-to-order or pre-order items, all items will be shipped after they are all available.
*Requests for combining orders after purchase cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

【Changing the Recipient Address
Due to system limitations, changes cannot be made, so please confirm your recipient address when placing your order.


【About Specifying a Delivery Date】

We ship items sequentially as soon as stock is secured, so we cannot accommodate adjustments to the shipping date. Thank you for your understanding.

【About Specifying a Time Slot】
You can specify your desired delivery time slot.
Please select your desired delivery date and time from the payment screen.

・14:00-16:00
・16:00-18:00
・18:00-20:00
・19:00-21:00

*Even if you specify a time, delivery may not be possible at the designated time depending on the region or delivery company.
*Time cannot be specified when using Shop Pay / Amazon Pay.


【About Changing the Delivery Address】

Please contact us at the email address below with ① your order ID, ② your name, and ③ your address and phone number.

*Changes to the recipient address, such as due to an incorrect address, are only accepted immediately after placing an order.
*Please note that we cannot accommodate changes once shipping has been completed.
*Please note that we also cannot accommodate changes for pre-order items if shipping preparations are already underway.

【About Delivery to a Delivery Box】

When entering your delivery address during checkout, please indicate this in parentheses after your address or name.
Alternatively, you can write it in the remarks field within 16 characters, and it will be printed on the shipping label.
Please note that we cannot print more than 16 characters. Thank you for your understanding.

【About Expired Long-Term Storage】
If you are not at home during delivery, a redelivery notice will be left by the delivery company.
If you contact the number on the redelivery notice, redelivery will be arranged.
Sagawa Express will hold packages for 8 days, including the day the initial redelivery notice was delivered.
If the package is not received after the storage period has passed, your order will be cancelled.
Please note that a shipping fee of 880 yen will be deducted as a shipping charge. (The shipping fee will be deducted even for orders over 15,000 yen)

*Please note that if the name registered differs from the nameplate, a redelivery notice may not be left.
*The same applies in the case of an incorrect address, so please ensure your registration is accurate.

【About Refusal to Receive】
We cannot accept refusal to receive ordered products.
Please refer to the delivery company's terms and conditions.
If we do not receive contact from the customer for more than one week after shipment and the product is not received, the order will be cancelled and the product will be returned to us.
If it is deemed a malicious refusal to receive, we may refrain from future shipments and separately charge for round-trip shipping and handling fees for product arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

Furthermore, if there are multiple instances of unreceived products, we may refrain from future shipments.


【About Gift Wrapping】

We offer wrapping bags for each brand.

【About Delivery Slips and Receipts】

In consideration of the precious natural environment and as part of our personal information protection efforts, we have discontinued enclosing paper delivery slips.
The URL for the delivery slip and receipt will be attached to the "Order Confirmation Email" sent from our store.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please ensure you can receive emails by setting your "domain exclusion" or checking your spam folder.
 
*Members can also check their order details from their order history on My Page. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
*The recipient name on the receipt will be the customer who placed the order, and the "memo" field can be changed using the [Change Recipient] button.
*Please note that we do not issue separate handwritten receipts. Thank you for your understanding.
