■About shipping and delivery charges

[Delivery Information]
After we confirm your payment, we will usually ship your order within 2-3 business days (counting from the next business day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Please note that during sales etc. it may take longer.
*For made-to-order and pre-order items, shipping estimates are listed on the product page.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations as the product will be produced and ordered after your order is placed.
*Please note that shipping order may change depending on size and color.

Shipping fee (880 yen nationwide)
Free shipping for purchases over 15,000 yen (tax included) *Free shipping does not apply to customers living in Okinawa Prefecture or remote islands.


[About included products]

Items purchased simultaneously in one order will be shipped together.
Please note that even if your order includes made-to-order or pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped once all items are in stock.
* We cannot accommodate requests to bundle items after purchase . Thank you for your understanding .

[About specifying the delivery date]

As we will ship your order as soon as we have secured the stock, we are unable to adjust the shipping date. Thank you for your understanding.


[About time designation]
You can specify your desired delivery time.
Please select your desired delivery date and time on the payment screen.

Morning: 14:00-16:00
・16:00-18:00
・18:00-20:00
・19:00-21:00

*Even if you specify a time, we may not be able to deliver at the specified time depending on the region and the delivery company's circumstances.


[About changing the delivery address]

Please send your inquiry to the email address below with your ① order ID, ② name, ③ address and phone number.

*Changes to the address, such as a wrong address, can only be made immediately after the order is placed.
*Please note that we cannot respond after the item has been shipped.
*Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for pre-ordered items if they are being prepared for shipping.


[About delivery to the delivery box]

When entering the delivery address when placing an order, please write this in parentheses after the address or name.
Alternatively, if you write up to 16 characters in the comments section, we will print it on the address label.
Please note that we cannot print more than 16 characters.

[Regarding expiration of long-term storage period]
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery notice.
If you contact the contact information listed on the delivery slip, we will redeliver the parcel.
Yamato Transport will keep your package for 7 days, including the day the first delivery notice is delivered.
If you do not receive the item after the storage period has elapsed, your order will be canceled. Please note that we will deduct 880 yen as shipping costs. (Shipping costs will also be deducted for orders over 15,000 yen.)

*Please note that if the name you registered and the name on your nameplate are different, a missed delivery notice may not be left.
*The same action will be taken if the address is incorrect, so please make sure to register correctly.

[Regarding refusal to accept parcels]
We cannot accept refusals to accept ordered items.
Please refer to the terms and conditions of your shipping company.
If we have not received any contact from you within one week after shipment and you have not received the product,
We will cancel your order and return the product to you.
If we consider your refusal to accept the package to be malicious, we will refrain from sending it to you next time.
We may charge you separately for round-trip shipping fees, product arrangement fees, etc.
Please be aware of this in advance.

Furthermore, if there are many instances where you are unable to receive your item, we will refrain from shipping it from the next time.


[About gift wrapping]

We have gift wrapping bags for each brand.

[About delivery notes and receipts]

Out of consideration for our precious natural environment and as an effort to protect personal information, we have decided to stop including paper invoices with our orders.
We will attach the URLs of the delivery note and receipt to the "order confirmation email" we send you.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but to ensure that you can receive our emails, please unblock the domain and check your spam folder.

*Members can also check their order details from the order history on their My Page.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
*The receipt will be addressed to the person who placed the order, and the notes can be changed using the [Change recipient] button.
*Please note that we do not provide separate handwritten receipts.
