Notice regarding Golden Week closures for distribution centers and customers

Due to the closure of our distribution center during the Golden Week period from May 3rd (Fri) to May 6th (Mon), our shipping operations and customer center will be closed as follows.

Regarding shipping of your order:
■ Orders must be placed by 8:59 on Thursday, May 2nd.
→ Scheduled to be shipped on Thursday, May 2nd
*If we receive a large number of orders, your order may be shipped after May 7th (Tuesday).
In addition, if there are any incomplete addresses or corrections to information, it may take time to confirm, so the item may be shipped after 5/8 (Wed). Thank you for your understanding.

■ Orders placed after 9:00 on Thursday, May 2nd (including during holidays)
→ Items will be shipped out in order starting from May 7th (Tue).
*After the holiday period, shipping and logistics at the distribution center will be very busy, so we will ship your orders in the order they were placed, but delivery may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.

We will respond to inquiries regarding orders and shipping in the order they are received.
