④ I purchased a pre-order item along with other items.
→If you purchase pre-order items and regular items together, they will be shipped together at the time the pre-order item is ready for shipment. If you wish to receive the regular items earlier, please order them separately.
⑤ I placed an order before the sale, so I want to cancel it.
→We cannot accept cancellations due to customer's convenience. Please confirm the price change before making a purchase from March 13th at 12:00 onwards, and at the time of purchase.
⑥ I did not receive an order confirmation email.
